At Sacred Notes, every journal and devotional is thoughtfully created to encourage faith, reflection, healing, and personal growth. We appreciate your support and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Order Processing & Production
All physical journals, devotionals, and printed products are made to order through our trusted printing and fulfillment partner, Lulu.
Because each product is printed after an order is placed, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been printed and prepared, it will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier.
Please note: Production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery location. Applicable shipping charges and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Christmas & Holiday Shipping
During the Christmas season, we strongly encourage customers to place orders early.
Due to increased holiday demand, printing and shipping may take longer than usual.
Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. Please allow additional time when purchasing journals or devotionals as gifts.
Any confirmed holiday ordering deadlines will be announced on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation when available.
Tracking information will be provided for orders shipped using a trackable delivery method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact Sacred Notes as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, address changes may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Sacred Notes with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the concern and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
Please report any issues within 30 days of shipment.
